Belt Lipectomy Before & After.
Belt lipectomy, also known as Trunkal Body Lift or 360 body lift, is a circumferential procedure that removes loose hanging skin and fat around the waist or "belt" line. It extends a tummy‑tuck‑type approach around the sides to address excess "love handle" skin and lower back laxity. The procedure smooths loose tissue above the buttocks, which also lifts the buttock contour. In selected cases, the fat from this area can be processed and used to enhance the buttocks during the same surgery, aimed at improving shape and projection. The procedure is performed in stages during the same surgical session, beginning around the posterior buttocks and lower back, then continuing around the abdomen to complete the circumferential contouring under close medical supervision.
