Eyelid Surgery Before & After.
Eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, alters drooping upper eyelid skin and the puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle. The procedure typically takes approximately two hours and is performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia or intravenous sedation with local anesthesia.
