Dr. Bouraoui Kotti is a Specialist Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon with over 20 years of international clinical experience. His medical training includes residencies and fellowships in Tunis, Nice, Paris, Oslo, and Los Angeles. He dedicated 5 years to post-oncologic reconstructive surgery at the Salah Azaiz Institute and holds an MD and PhD. Dr. Kotti is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), prioritizing patient safety and anatomical proportion for all plastic surgery procedures in Dubai.
